Welcome to Mr Seares

New Governance Professional joins our team 

We extend a warm welcome to Blake Seares who has recently joined the Trust’s Central Team as Governance Professional and Company Secretary.  In his role, Blake will be supporting the Board of Trustees and Executive Leaders to fulfil their duties and maintain the Trust’s legal and regulatory compliance.  Key duties include managing board meeting administration, maintaining statutory registers, liaising with external bodies including Companies House, providing expert governance advice to Trustees, and supporting Trustees’ induction and development.
