Welcome from the CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, I would like to thank you for visiting our website and take this opportunity to introduce you personally to our organisation.

The De Curci Trust has come a long way in a short time. Founded in 2017 by a team of Local Governors, School Leaders and Community Partners who shared a clear vision of promoting high aspirations and achieving excellent outcomes for children in the locality, our Trust has created a close-knit family of schools with an optimistic, outward-looking and positive culture. We celebrate diversity, are committed to equality and inclusion, and value the many benefits that come from having all phases of education (save for a sixth form at present) within our community.

We are passionate about transforming the educational landscape for students of all ages across our schools. Our aim is to provide vibrant, inclusive learning environments that foster creativity, curiosity and a love of learning.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to collaboration. We actively engage in professional partnerships, including being the leaders of a Challenge Partners Hub, which allow us to share best practice and work alongside other trusts and schools. Similarly, we link with universities and our SCITT in order to train and develop teachers. We are dedicated to continuous improvement, not only in teaching and learning, but also in the professional development of our staff teams. As such, we welcome enquiries from prospective partners who might like to engage in network working, or explore joining our Multi-Academy Trust on a more formal basis.

We are very proud of what we have achieved together and excited about our plans for the future. At the De Curci Trust we remain resolute in our ambition to achieve the best possible educational outcomes for all children in our care, and to have a lasting positive impact upon their lives.

With best wishes
