Challenge Partners

At the heart of our Trust’s work is a commitment to collaboration. We actively participate in partnerships, including leading the ‘Ambition South’ Challenge Partners Hub, which allows us to share best practice and work alongside other schools across the South Coast. This is a significant part of the Trust’s professional development offer for staff, including school leaders; it also supports our quality assurance.

The Challenge Partners mission is ‘to reduce educational inequality and improve the life chances of all children. Through collaboration, challenge and leadership development, we are working to ensure every school community can benefit from the combined wisdom of the education system’.
