Procurement
The De Curci Trust must be able to show that public funds have been used as intended by Parliament, ensuring that: spending has been for the purpose intended and there is propriety in the use of public funds, including in relation to any actual or perceived conflicts of interest; spending decisions represent value for money; internal delegation levels are applied; appropriate due diligence is in place; and professional advice is obtained where appropriate.
The Trust does not respond to unsolicited marketing; it has in place a financial framework which includes a competitive procurement procedure which observes the procurement rules and thresholds as set out in the Procurement Act 2023 and its associated regulations.
The DfE publishes further information on how state-funded schools in England can obtain assistance on procurement.
